Road Insights is an intuitive and robust tool for managing road assets, leading the way in the road maintenance sector. Road Insights surpasses conventional road scanning techniques by utilizing data from millions of connected vehicles, integrating it with weather information and other data sources. Incorporating Road Insights into your daily road maintenance activities provides you with precise real-time insights and historical data, empowering you to make informed decisions promptly.

Road Insights comprises two modules: Road Health and Winter Road Insights.

Road Health

NIRA's Road Health employs high-frequency measurements of road roughness, friction, and irregularities (like potholes) to enhance road maintenance and reduce operational expenses.

Winter Road Insights
A solution giving road operators access to real-time friction data, providing a clear picture of what the situation is actually like out there. Data is stored historically, enabling the first ever performance measurement system for winter maintenance.
